A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school setting located in Oneonta, AL. This contract position offers the chance to work part-time (3 to 4 days a week) with a diverse caseload at a learning center, focusing on a high-needs group of students ranging from elementary to some high school levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services tailored to individual student needs
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 49 students, including many in 5th grade or lower and some high school students
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to support student communication development and academic success
  • Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to onsite or hybrid work arrangements

Location: This role is based onsite in Oneonta, Alabama, with potential flexibility for hybrid or voice coverage arrangements.
