Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Role in Crystal, MN
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated team in Crystal, Minnesota. This full-time, school-based role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of students from PreK through 12th grade in a supportive, student-focused environment.
Position Details:

Caseload: PreK–12, with diverse needs and goals
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
-
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
-
Current Minnesota SLP license
-
Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
