Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position
Location: Crows Landing, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and collaborative school-based team. This position offers a consistent full-time schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication, academic success, and overall development. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality therapy services.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Participate in meetings and contribute to the overall success of the special education team
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs welcome depending on district
-
School-based experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills
