We're seeking three passionate SLPs (CCC preferred) to step into key roles at elementary and intermediate campuses for the 2026–2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in Indiana.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads across elementary and intermediate grade levels.
- Willingness to collaborate with teams and engage families.
- Adaptability and strong communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students, addressing articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with general and special education teams, families, and support staff.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation for caseloads ranging from approximately 70 to 100 students depending on assignment.
- Serve either at a single location (Fegley Intermediate and Crisman Elementary or Porter Lakes Elementary), or split your expertise between multiple sites if preferred.
- Engage with SLA support as available and appropriate for your site and caseload.
