Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in elementary and secondary schools, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Provide support and supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs), if applicable, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and educational goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-School, or equivalent).
- Willingness to work in an educational setting, either onsite at elementary schools or virtually for secondary students.
- Clinical Fellow candidates are encouraged to apply; supervision will be provided either through the district or the agency.
- Ability to work full-time or part-time based on availability and school needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
