- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress tracking, and school-based therapy documentation
- Adaptable, collaborative mindset for both onsite and virtual service delivery
- Open to candidates seeking either onsite or virtual participation (VOCO)
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in elementary and/or middle school settings
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and special education teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate files and progress notes in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and student-centered planning
- Provide counseling, support, and relevant resources as needed to students, families, and staff
