This role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting in Porter Township, Indiana. The position spans multiple schools and includes supporting a diverse student caseload, comprising applied skills and general education students.
Location: Valparaiso, IN (Porter Township)
Job Duration: January 15, 2026 – May 28, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 80 students across three buildings, serving grades K-12
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to a varied caseload including applied skills and general education students
- Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies and educational standards
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district to provide onsite support
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC preferred)
- Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students
- Ability to manage a caseload with a mixture of applied skills and general education students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to service multiple school locations within Porter Township
