Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to approximately 80 students, including those in applied skills and general education programs
- Manage caseload across three school buildings within the district with flexibility based on district needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working as an SLP within school settings across K-12 grade levels
- Ability to manage multiple school locations effectively and prioritize caseload demands
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to therapy and education
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
