Grades 9 - 12 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Yelm, Washington

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Experience with high school populations preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in grades 9-12
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and prepare required reports
- Consult with educational staff to support student achievement and access to curriculum
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and interdisciplinary team activities
- Foster positive relationships with students and their families to encourage communication growth
This position is contract-based, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. The schedule is 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and compensation starts at $50 per hour.
