Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Experience with or interest in Life Skills Programs and working with students with developmental needs
- Commitment to working onsite in classroom settings
- Collaborative skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students in Life Skills classrooms with 5-12 students per room
- Serve at two high school and two middle school locations within the Eugene/Springfield area (assignments may shift based on school needs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and student progress
- Conduct evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
