Position Summary
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a flexible and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school district in Cranston, RI through a hybrid service model. This role combines in-person work with virtual therapy sessions, providing a balance of onsite collaboration and remote service delivery.
Workload, school placement, and specific caseload details will be determined based on district needs and the candidate’s experience. Several variations of assignments are available and will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language services both onsite and virtually

Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP development

Provide direct therapy in-person and remotely, depending on student needs

Coordinate with teachers, service providers, and families

Maintain timely documentation aligned with state and district requirements
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Rhode Island SLP License
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs considered depending on placement

Comfortable working in both in-person and teletherapy formats

Strong communication, adaptability, and self-management skills
