Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist Job Duties

Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders both in-person and virtually

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across hybrid learning environments

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
Federal and State Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

Active Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathology License required

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Previous school-based and/or virtual experience preferred

Excellent communication, technological proficiency, and organizational skills
