School-Based PT Opening – Providence, RI
Soliant Health is currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to work with a school district near Providence, Rhode Island for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K-12 caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting student mobility and physical development in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
-
Conduct evaluations to determine students’ motor development and physical needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
-
Document services and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on physical therapy needs
Qualifications:
-
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
-
Active Rhode Island PT license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
-
Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
-
Strong communication and documentation skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Availability to work onsite for the 2025-2026 school year
