Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to elementary school students with diverse communication needs
- Manage caseload ranging from 10-12 students on some days to 50-55 students on others
- Deliver evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Kansas State License for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings as an SLP
- Strong skills in pediatric speech and language assessment and intervention
