Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team near Cottrell, OR. This full-time position provides an exciting opportunity to help students improve their communication skills and succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' goals

Work with students on areas such as articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication

Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student growth

Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
