Desired Qualifications:
- Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP – CCC required)
- Experience in school-based therapy settings, particularly within PreK-12 populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable delivering therapy in various modalities (onsite and hybrid)
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language assessment, direct therapy, and consultation to students
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to support student goals
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting in compliance with state and school requirements
- Flexibly supporting multiple sites or age groups, depending on cooperative needs
