Remote SLPA Supervisor Minnesota School Partnership
We’re hiring a Remote SLPA Supervisor to oversee Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) working in Minnesota school districts. This 1099 role is ideal for SLPs with supervisory experience who want to lead, mentor, and ensure quality service delivery without managing their own therapy caseload.
Responsibilities:

Provide virtual supervision to assigned SLPAs.

Observe SLPA sessions live or through recorded media.

Review treatment plans and make clinical recommendations.

Conduct onboarding and training for new assistants.

Track supervision hours to ensure ASHA and MN compliance.

Offer clinical feedback and performance coaching.

Ensure SLPA documentation meets district standards.
-
Maintain supervisory logs and audit records.
-
Support assistants in adapting sessions for diverse learners.

Attend IEP meetings when SLPA input is required.

Troubleshoot service delivery challenges remotely.
-
Maintain HIPAA/FERPA-compliant communication.

Promote ethical service delivery and safety.

Develop and share digital therapy resources with SLPAs.

Liaise with school administrators regarding SLPA performance.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
