Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Cost, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Cost, Texas. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K–12 students enhance their communication skills and achieve academic and social success through individualized speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student communication goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and progress updates

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

  • Support generalization of skills across educational settings through consultation and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply

  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
