Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Cost, TX
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Cost, Texas. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K–12 students enhance their communication skills and achieve academic and social success through individualized speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student communication goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and progress updates
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
-
Support generalization of skills across educational settings through consultation and collaboration
Qualifications:
-
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
