Pay rate: starting at $46/hr (based on experience)
Employment type: Full-Time, Contract
Job description:
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. Duties include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and educational teams. The role is school-based and focused on meeting the communication needs of diverse student populations.
Texas qualifications and requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Texas SLP license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred but not required
-
Must pass a TEA-compliant fingerprint background check
-
Clinical fellowship candidates may be considered

Classroom experience is not required
