Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for 36-40 early childhood students across 3-4 campuses.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP license required; Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered.
- Experience providing speech-language services in an early childhood educational setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, evaluation methods, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Location: Jacksonville, AR (Onsite position only)
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week
