Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to elementary and preschool students.
- Manage a caseload of 36-40 students, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed and implemented.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student communication needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in student evaluations, progress monitoring, and team meetings across assigned campuses.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP license in good standing is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for effective school-based practice.
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially in preschool settings.
- Ability to work independently, as supervision of SLP-CFYs or SLP Assistants is not available.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multi-campus caseloads.
