Bilingual School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Converse, Texas

This is a full-time contract position offering 37.5 hours each week, running from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027. As a certified SLP with the CCC designation and bilingual abilities, you’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their communication goals while participating in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist – CCC certification required
- Bilingual skills, with the ability to provide services to diverse student populations
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and ethical practice
- Ability to provide supervision as needed, supporting colleagues and interns
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation of services and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide supervision and guidance to support staff and interns as required
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment
