Blazer Jobs is now hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in the Conroe, TX area. This full-time role is open to both local candidates seeking a steady school-year placement and travel clinicians looking for flexible contracts with competitive compensation and perks.
Position Overview:
Be a vital member of a student services team supporting children from PreK through high school with speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists while contributing to evaluations, IEP development, and therapy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Deliver speech-language services to K–12 students in individual and small group settings

Conduct evaluations, interpret data & assist in eligibility determinations

Develop and maintain IEPs in accordance with Texas state and district guidelines

Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLP License (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs welcome
-
Previous school-based experience is highly valued
-
Must pass background & fingerprint clearance
