Position Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school district in Connell, WA for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is an onsite opportunity to support a caseload of 55–60 students, working closely with staff, families, and fellow specialists to help students develop essential communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy as outlined in student IEPs

Conduct speech/language evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Create and monitor individualized therapy plans

Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and school teams

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Requirements
-
Valid Washington SLP license
-
CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply

Experience in a school-based setting is a plus

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
