Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school settings is an advantage, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals
- Support literacy development and assist with curriculum planning
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to drive student progress
- Identify and support at-risk students with early intervention strategies
- Maintain compliance through accurate documentation and reporting
- Supervise student clinicians, clinical fellows, and SLPAs
