Speech Pathology - Concord, CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students requiring speech and language services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and district policies
- Provide services primarily onsite, with a commitment to at least four days per week in the school setting
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Commitment to onsite service; virtual or travel positions are not available for this role
- Candidates currently holding SLPA or CF credentials will not be considered for this position
Job Details:
- Location: Concord, California
- Contract role with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours
- Schedule includes 7.5 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Preference for five days onsite, with a possible one day remote flexibility
