Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time onsite position in Concord, CA. The SLP will have the opportunity to choose their preferred age group—elementary, middle, or high school—and will support students with a wide range of communication and speech-language needs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
-
Support students across general education, mild/moderate, and moderate/severe programs
Qualifications

Active California SLP License required
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Passion for supporting students of all ability levels
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $65 to $75 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
