Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school partners in Commerce City, CO. This is a full-time, school-based position for the current academic year. The selected SLP will provide services to students with a range of communication and language needs in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP License
-
ASHA CCC or CFY considered
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
