Colorado Schools SLP Remote Caseload Manager
We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote 1099 SLP to serve as a Caseload Manager for multiple school sites across Colorado. This position combines direct virtual service delivery with proactive scheduling, documentation management, and communication with IEP teams. You’ll lead student progress tracking and ensure therapy aligns with educational needs. Ideal for clinicians who excel in both clinical and case coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy remotely to assigned students.

Schedule and manage sessions across schools independently.

Maintain service logs, progress notes, and documentation.

Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families.

Ensure therapy goals are aligned with academic standards.

Conduct virtual screenings and reevaluations as needed.

Support scheduling and facilitation of IEP meetings.

Coordinate with substitute SLPs when unavailable.

Monitor student attendance and engagement.

Maintain a therapy calendar and ensure compliance with service minutes.

Track data and adjust interventions based on progress.

Provide input on caseload capacity and planning.

Address parent questions and concerns promptly.

Train school staff on therapy carryover strategies.

Adhere to HIPAA and FERPA standards in remote settings.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
