A leading early childhood school in Westerville, OH is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to cover a leave of absence from January 7 through March 7. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse preschool population, including special needs students and pre-model learners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged children in both AM and PM classes
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student progress
- Monitor and document student performance and maintain accurate records
- Support communication goals for children with a variety of speech and language impairments
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in early childhood and school settings
- Exposure to special needs children is highly preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
Schedule & Location:
- Contract duration: January 7 – March 7
- Location: Westerville, Ohio
- Work hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, covering both AM and PM preschool classes
