School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) Needed | Columbus, OH | $1,700–$2,000+ Weekly
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join the Columbus, OH school district for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, school-year contract position offering competitive weekly pay and travel stipends for eligible candidates.
Position Details

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Full-Time, School-Year Contract

Pay: $1,700–$2,000+ weekly (depending on experience & assignment)

Travel stipends available for candidates commuting more than 50 miles
Responsibilities
-
Provide school-based speech and language therapy services to students (PreK–12)
-
Conduct assessments and evaluations aligned with IEP goals and Ohio Department of Education standards

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students’ communication, social, and academic skills

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
Requirements (Ohio State Guidelines)

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Ohio SLP License OR eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
