We’re seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ohio for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ communication skills, academic success, and social-emotional growth.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with IEPs

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations in compliance with Ohio Department of Education (ODE) standards

Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Ohio SLP License issued by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board
-
Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License – SLP certification required to work in schools
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered with supervision available)

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
