Your Responsibilities
As our SLP, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Crafting and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable goals.
- Delivering direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to seamlessly integrate therapy goals into students' daily routines.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services.
- Participating in IEP meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- While experience with school-aged children is preferred, your passion and skill are key.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must.
