Bilingual Therapies Schools - SLP Contract Today Apply

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in West Point, Georgia, starting immediately through May 21st, 2026. This contract position offers a caseload of approximately 35-40 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade, with the possibility of covering two schools. The SLP will provide all direct therapy services and may supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate.

Location: West Point, GA
Job Type: Contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Duration: ASAP to May 21, 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Manage caseload in alignment with district needs, potentially spanning two schools
  • Collaborate with staff and potentially supervise SLPA or SLP-CFY staff
  • Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator Certification
  • Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students
  • Ability to provide effective individual therapy and support to diverse student populations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
