Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support students/clients in developing their communication skills. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement therapy plans and help individuals achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students/clients as outlined by the supervising SLP

Assist in documenting progress, maintaining data, and preparing therapy materials
-
Support students in building speech, language, and social communication skills
-
Follow treatment plans and instructional guidance provided by the SLP
-
Maintain a positive and supportive environment for students and families
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers as needed
Requirements:
-
Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field
-
Valid SLPA State license/certification
-
Experience working with children (school setting preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a therapy team
