? Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to elementary students (grades K–6)

Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring using digital tools

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) specific to early language development

Address articulation, language delays, fluency, and social communication disorders

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student development

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with IDEA and Missouri state regulations
? Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Missouri SLP license
-
Missouri DESE certification (preferred for school settings)

Experience working with elementary school students (K–6)

Strong tech skills and comfort with teletherapy platforms
