Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience with school-aged children (all grade levels) in an educational or clinical setting
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy tailored to students’ needs
- Maintain effective documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Consult with teachers and parents on student progress, strategies, and carryover activities
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
