Position Overview:
We are seeking five full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year in Coalinga, CA. These are onsite-only positions serving a K–12 population. Candidates will provide speech and language services, support students’ communication development, and collaborate with school teams to meet IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
-
Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress

Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements

Support students across a range of communication needs
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $55 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
