Make a difference in the lives of students by providing essential speech and language services within a vibrant school environment. We are seeking 2-3 dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026/2027 school year, with opportunities both for full-time and flexible part-time schedules (3-4 days per week). You'll work across a diverse K-12 caseload, supporting students in speech, language, and social communication, including learners with autism and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and collaborate with an experienced school-based team.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • School-based experience preferred, including knowledge of IEP processes
  • Familiarity with interventions for language, literacy, speech sound disorders, and autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to K-12 students
  • Complete evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, literacy, and social communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals to maximize student outcomes
  • Adapt services to meet the diverse linguistic, behavioral, and academic needs of each student
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams and school-wide initiatives
