This contract opportunity is seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists to provide essential services in school settings located in El Paso, TX. The role involves supporting PreK through 12th-grade students, with primary needs in high school and an additional option to serve K–8 students. Candidates will play a critical role in addressing gaps in communication services and managing a substantial caseload to ensure comprehensive student support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across assigned grade levels, focusing primarily on high school students with some option to serve K–8.
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Manage large caseloads, including making up for lost services and completing service backlogs.
- Provide thorough documentation and communication with school personnel and families.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies.
- Work onsite within designated school locations in El Paso, TX.
Qualifications:
- Valid State Speech Language Pathology licensure (license verification required).
- Experience working within school settings is preferred.
- Ability to handle caseloads of up to 64 students (high school) or 40 students (K–8).
- Strong organizational and communication skills for managing IEPs and documentation.
- Flexibility to work full days, part-time schedules considered but must cover full days.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required.

- Location: El Paso, TX (Lower Valley south of I-10 or northeast of I-10 depending on assignment)
- Contract duration: ASAP start through June 12, 2026
- Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours per week
