School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pennsylvania

Job Highlights:

- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the school year

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, identify individual student needs, and create personalized treatment plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students’ communication, social, and academic skills
- Provide consistent therapy sessions to students in alignment with IEP goals, adjusting techniques as necessary to ensure progress
- Document student progress accurately and regularly, providing updates to families, educators, and relevant team members
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other therapists to create a cohesive support network for each student’s educational and social success
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Prior experience in a school setting is helpful but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
