Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to advancing student achievement and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized student treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consult with teachers, families, and support personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to shape comprehensive plans
- Deliver services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Work with school teams to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
