Position Summary:
Soliant is looking for a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K–12 students in Ohio for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible hours for both full-time and part-time providers.
Responsibilities:

Deliver teletherapy speech and language services to students in grades K–12

Conduct evaluations and assessments according to Ohio state and district guidelines
-
Develop, implement, and track IEP goals

Provide direct therapy and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
-
Maintain detailed and timely documentation and progress notes
-
Work closely with school teams and parents to support student outcomes
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Ohio SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – required

Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience
-
Reliable high-speed internet and computer meeting teletherapy requirements

Ability to pass a technology screening
-
Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
