Speech-Language Pathologist Needed Full-Time School Role in Cleveland
Cleveland Municipal School District is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech and language needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide direct therapy and play a key role in student communication development.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will evaluate student speech-language challenges, develop intervention strategies, and support communication goals in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff.
Responsibilities Include:

Perform speech and language assessments

Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans

Address speech sound production, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatics

Collaborate with classroom teachers and support personnel
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
-
Maintain compliance and therapy documentation
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Ohio SLP License
-
Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License
-
ASHA CCC preferred
-
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
