SLP Job Opening Deliver School-Based Therapy Services in Cleveland
Cleveland Municipal School District is currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-impact communication services for K–12 students. About the Role:
As an SLP, you will assess student communication abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to support students' speech and language development across school environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations

Implement IEP-aligned therapy sessions (individual and group)

Address language delays, articulation issues, fluency, and social communication

Work with special education teams and general educators
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate service records

Provide support in both inclusive and pull-out settings
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Ohio SLP License
-
ODE Pupil Services Credential (required for public school practice)
-
ASHA CCC preferred, though clinical fellows may be considered if supported
-
Prior school or pediatric experience preferred

Organized, communicative, and team-oriented
