Cleveland Municipal School District is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its student services team. In this school-based role, you’ll provide speech and language support to help students communicate confidently and thrive academically.
Role Overview:
As an SLP, you’ll assess student speech-language needs, implement therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families to improve communication and support IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete speech-language evaluations and write clear, compliant reports

Provide direct therapy services based on individualized goals
-
Treat articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and pragmatics
-
Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain service documentation
-
Contribute to inclusive, supportive learning environments
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Ohio SLP License
-
ODE Pupil Services License (required for school-based work)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience is helpful

Excellent communication and time-management skills
