Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review IEPs for students requiring speech and language support.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- School-based experience is advantageous, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
