Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Clayton, CA
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in the Clayton, California area. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students reach their communication goals in an encouraging and collaborative environment.
Position Details:

Location: Clayton, CA

Schedule: Full-time (school-based schedule)

Caseload: Based on experience and district needs (to be discussed during the interview)

Duration: Current school year, with potential renewal
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ communication needs

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
-
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills
