Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time | 20252026 School Year
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a highly regarded school district in the Cincinnati, OH area to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 2025–2026 academic year. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can make a measurable impact on students’ communication development across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations to determine student needs

Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress toward communication outcomes

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families

Utilize evidence-based practices to support speech, language, and social communication skills
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Ohio SLP license and certification with the Ohio Department of Education (ODE)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based experience strongly preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

K–12 caseload (specific assignment based on experience and preference)

Compensation
Competitive pay with rates aligned to the Ohio school-based SLP market.
Estimated Pay Range: $40–$50/hr, based on experience and credentials.
