Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cicero, Illinois

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based services, including IEP development
- Familiarity with pediatric speech-language disorders and therapy techniques
- Experience or interest in teletherapy initiatives and service delivery
- Skilled in healthcare SLP practices for school settings
- Strong teaming, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for K-12 caseloads under a caseload model, supporting students’ IEP goals
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Document progress, maintain accurate student records, and participate in team meetings as part of indirect service hours
- Utilize the district’s IEP system (training provided for onboarding)
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed and collaborate with educational staff
- Support digital and on-site therapy services as district needs evolve
